A week ago! Ack. I’m so sad and slow to get this posted. But it happened. My tiny little preterm, dramatic baby boy turned 5. My baby! And he will go to Kindergarten in the fall but we wont talk about that right now.
We had his party on the Saturday before his birthday at the local gymnastics place. I really wasn’t sure what to expect but figured it had to be better for a bunch of hyper kids than somewhere where they just have to sit and focus on an activity like cupcake decorating or ceramic painting.
Let me tell you guys…it was amazing! The lady that worked there did everything. She rounded up kids, helped set up, helped with the different areas during play time, gathered kids and handed out cupcakes, then ran the whole present opening time. We really didn’t have to do anything but play! It was a blast and Im sure everyone slept great that night. So anyone local should definitely check out Enterprise Gym and Cheer for birthday parties! So fun.

The lady working there mentioned how nice it was to have all the parents out helping and playing with the kids. I guess sometimes they don’t and it’s not as fun for the worker to have to try to help all the kids. I can’t imagine not being out there playing too.
After a whole hour of playing it was time for cupcakes and presents
And finally, thanking all of his friends for coming to celebrate with him. So sweet.
It really was such a fun day and Timmy had a blast!
