We Are Alive…

And in Texas 🙂 We have had a whirlwind of a week and I have a ton of pictures to show for it…but none that I have the energy to load right now. I promise though that when we get to Alabama I will make a masive back post to show off all the fun we have had!

We got to San Diego on Sunday night. Monday was an all day Sea World adventure. It was my first time and I had a ton of fun! We all got sun burnt as well. The next day we checked out a big family fun center. Kind of like Golf and Stuff for you AZ folks. There was golf, games, bumper boats, go karts, batting cages, and the Kidopolis. It was like a Burger King play area multiplied by 10. It was huge. Layla was having a blast until she made it to the top and got scared. Not fun. Anywho, the day after that was the Padres game against the Marlins. They lost but it was still a lot of fun. Thursday morning we headed back to Tucson. We got our trailer and packed it up then had dinner with most of the family and Callie and Jesse.

Thismorning (AZ time) we left at 6am and drove…and drove and drove…Texas is VERY big and VERY boring along I10. We made it to San Antonio though and now we are ready to crash. Tomorrow will be another long day. We are thinking we can make it all the way to Alabama tomorrow since I think its a bit shorter than the Tucson – San Antonio trip…either way, Im tired of the car already. Hopefully the last bit of texas will be more fun because its all places I have never seen before.

Now its almost 11pm and we are waiting on pizza. Still working on AZ time in my brain. Only a 2 hour difference but it seems like a lot.

I’ll be back with photos in a couple of days!
