Mr Singer. I have been itching to sew an apron for a while now. Pretty much since I saw the one Darby made at Fly Through My Window. It has been a while since Ive really sewn anything and boy does it show. The easiest things were NOT coming easy to me. My head was not on straight or something. The final product, after a lot of grumbling, turned out super cute and I like it! One issue I had was making the waist band too thing and WAY too long but I love it now.
I like that it can wrap around and tie in the front
And I love the paisley fabric that I had in my tub. I had a ton of red fabric with tiny white dots on it that I used for the back and the waist band. 
I’ve been wanting to make one but didn’t figure I would use it but found myself wiping my hands on my jeans the other night 😛 Plus its cute. That’s reason enough to have it. 
Adorable!! Everyone’s been making or showcasing cute aprons lately. I want one! I don’t cook that often, but I think I would if I could look cute doing it!

Ok I can see my girl friend cooking in one of those. Humm now that I think about it I need to run to the store and pick up an apron, lol

I was actually telling Jon like 2 days ago that I really need to make an apron because I’m always drying my hands on my pants and I have way too many shits that have stains on the front from things splattering on them while cooking. Maybe this will inspire me to stop being lazy and bust out my machine too…although I still kinda suck so my final product probably won’t be as pretty 😀
I’m impressed! I can sew buttons back on and that’s about it!
