Layla is 4 years old today. I am amazed by how big and smart she is. She’s not a toddler anymore 🙁 Because it’s her birthday I’m going to dig deep into my Flickr archives to do a little year by year recap of miss thang.

On her first birthday we had to drive downtown…this was in front of Dog the Bounty Hunter’s place 😉
On her 2nd birthday we took her to ToysRUs to pick out her new ride. And look at her little flip flops!

For her birthday she wanted to go to Barnes and Noble. We went there and then Michael’s right next door. She got a Care Bears book and a .53 cent puple butterfly wand 😉 For dinner we’re having spaghetti and meatballs between soccer and baseball practices and finishing it off with special Pinkalicious cupcakes 🙂
She did already have one cupcake after lunch though…it’s her birthday, it’s ok 🙂

Happy Birthday to the big girl! In her 1 year old picture, she reminds me of the little girl from Monsters, Inc. It’s amazing how she still looks the same but not. 🙂
