I started the ’30 Day Shred’ workout program/video 19 days ago. There are 3 levels. Each is a 20 minute workout. I am doing each level for 10 days and tomorrow is the last day of level 2. You’re supposed to be ‘shredded’ after 30 days. I’m not near ‘shredded’ in my mind but I do see a big difference already. I’m sure if I had been eating right this whole time the change would be more drastic…but I love food. Lots

    Food is good! Looking good Megan…makes me feel better about saying something I shouldn't and having you get your tushy kicked for it…I think you can handle it, LOL!

  2. WTG chica thats awesome!!!! we started it, but needed to put it on hold since t wants to do it with me. 19 more days & were going full force. im excited now, i want guns like that 😉

  3. Lookin good!! I started it too but Im only on day 9. Im kinda dreading level 2. haha

  4. Great job…Lookin' good! I might have to check into this for Jon and I. I want to find something we can do at home that is good.

  5. Looking good. I did level 3 again today and that girl likes to work it and she talks to much. LOL. I love that the work outs are only 20mins 🙂
