Friday Night Football

Last night Thomas, Layla, and I headed out with the neighbors to the Enterprise High School football game. It was the first home game I believe. I was excited to see the band 😉 It made Thomas and I both miss high school tons. Their band is a lot bigger than ours was…

It was a lot of fun to be at a football game in a place where the people actually care about high school football. Tucson isn’t really the place to be if you’re into HS football.

See the dude in the middle? We bought our house from him. He’s also the nephew of our neighbors across the street that we went to the game with. We’re all one big happy family 🙂

This was pretty neat too. To me anyway…some clouds off a ways with LOTS of lightning. Layla freaked a little when she saw it and after I told her it was fireworks she was all about it :p

After a her little freak out she started having fun. We were explaining to her that we wanted the blue shirts to get the ball to the end without the white shirts knocking them over but we wanted the blue shirts to knock the white shirts over before they could make a point. She liked when they all piled up 🙂

It was a lot of fun and we look forward to going to more games…I just need to be smart from now on and bring a little cush tush pad because I was soooore by the end of the game.
