Christmas Morning

I’m finally on here to post the opening of presents pictures for all you that actually care to see them 🙂 Layla made out like a bandit! I didn’t realize how much she had under the tree. We got her a lot and then add on what family and friends had sent for her. It was nuts. And of course she is the type of person that has to find JUST the right place to open it and is very slow and neat about it. No ripping into the paper to see what it is. Then her OCD kicks in and the package couldn’t have any remaining tape/paper stuck to it. We were there for a while!

First off she came in to see that Santa brought her JUST what she asked for! She was SO happy to have her Sparkle Baby Belle finally.

Next up she spotted the unwrapped white box with a band aid sticker on it and knew exactly what it was

It was Little Abigail back from the doll hospital all pretty and clean. No more dark dirty skin and rats nest of a head! They also must have tightened all of her limbs and head because the stuffing that was starting to peek out of her neck is gone and its all stiff again.

Complete with hospital gown and balloon 🙂 Even a Dr’s note saying she needs a week of rest and plenty of TLC before she can return to playing.

Since she was on strict resting orders we thought opening her gift from my gramma was a good choice for her next gift…

A WHEEL CHAIR. For the doll. Layla LOVED it!

Now that Lil A was safely in her chair resting we could move on with our morning. Next up, from Juju and Grampa. Zhu zhu pets!

Those things are actually pretty cool. She had them both going nuts up and down the hall which was a lot of fun. They’re cute.

My aunt and cousin sent some outfits for lil Abigail. When they came in the mail already wrapped Layla felt them and said she knew they had to be a shirt and pants because they were squishy. She was surprised to see they were for the doll when she opened them up

And the ballerina outfit from Juju! Now they can dance together.

This one made her really happy. It’s a little Mario toy from her friends Elizabeth and Abigail. She couldn’t wait for Christmas so she would be able to open this one up!

Once everything was unwrapped she started busting into the packaging starting with the zhu zhu pets.

She got into a toy, touched it for about 2 minutes, then tore into something new. Didn’t take her long to open and try everything out before she was able to settle and just start playing.

While she was busy being little miss independent and NOT needing my help getting into things I started playing with my own new toys 😀

As much as I LOVE having my own computer and LOVE Thomo for getting me one…he did good with all of my gifts. This one made me really happy. I have been wanting a tall white Starbucks coffee cup like this for a LONG time. Like YEARS of wanting one. I don’t think he even knew.

And this…did NOT see this coming. I was mentioning the other day that I like my fake Iraq Rolex a lot but it’s kinda fancy for me. I wanted something chunkier and leather…and that was it. Totally put it out of my mind.

The first thing I did was smell it LOL I’m cheap. REALLY cheap. Never would have bought myself a real leather watch on my own. I’m sure my easy to make happy self is easy to shop for 😛

Did I mention how soft the watch is on the inside? Like wearing a cloud on my wrist. Love it.

My parents sent me this one. SO exciting! One day I will actually make her cinnamon rolls. It seems like a lot of work but they look SO good. I just love the Pioneer Woman!

After getting into and touching each one of our new toys we got dressed and headed across the street for some breaky with the neighbors. Layla made out with even more loot over there! The stuffed animal one has a code to go online and play Littlest Pet Shop games. That is what she has been doing this morning. She loves her pet pets!
