So my first 10 days of shredding are over! Tomorrow I move on to level 2 for 10 days before finishing the month out with level 3.
As for weight loss…I’d say 1ish pounds. I go up and down a lot so not sure how much I trust that pound to stay away. I have, though, lost inches and that is what makes me REALLY happy. I don’t care how much I weigh (but I do have a number I would like to see) I just want to be able to wear the clothes in my closet. I have so many pants that I still can’t wear. I DID get into a pair of jeans from Old Navy yesterday that I couldn’t even think of buttoning a couple months ago.
My first set of measurements are from right when I got back from Birmingham so the whole loss isn’t totally from shredding but I think a lot of it is.
Starting #’s:
- Hips: 40
- The butthigh/saddle bag ugly area: 44
- Thigh: 25
- Chest: 37.5
- Waist: 32
June 10:
- Hips: 37.75
- The butthigh/saddle bag ugly area: 43.25
- Thigh: 25.5 (ugh…lets say it muscle now though)
- Chest: 34 😐
- Waist: 30
I think that is pretty good so far. 20 days left of the 30 Day Shred and hopefully I can drop some more inches (AND pounds because I’m a scale whore and love to step on 20 times a day JUST in case) so I can wear my pants again!

I am also looking to lose the flab in my tummy area. My friend is letting me borrow her shred DVD this summer. I will also be doing pilates. 🙂 You can do it girl! Keep on going!
