I’m a terrible blogger. I do something that leaves me with a billion pictures and then I get all overwhelmed and don’t want to post them all. I feel like I need to have a caption and say something for each one and that seems like SO much work! So now I’m just going to go through and post my favorites from what I uploaded to Flickr. There will prolly still be too many.
Traffic crossing the Mississippi. Fun 😐
I ended up in the back seat with the monsters more than once
Right after we got to my mom’s house Callie brought her chunky girl over to meet us. Tubbers is 3 months older and like 2 lbs heavier 😛
My OLD my size Barbie. My mom thinks she’s going to mail it to Layla…I wouldn’t bring it home with us.
We had dinner with Aurora and Tuan (they were in band with us in high school) TF screamed the whole time but it was great to see them!
Layla got to spend a lot of time with her cousin-ish, James. He’s my cousin’s son. They are about a month apart in age and were best friends
We also met up with Audrey and her girls (including the new baby who is a month older than TF)
Brenna and Layla were born on the same day and were BFFs in Hawaii. Even had their 2nd bday together.
And Gillie…she was 2 when I met them!
And for some GOOD news…they’re moving CLOSER to us this fall!
Timmy and Zoey. He was being dramatic. I think he gets that from Layla.
Downtown Tucson…not HUGE but there are a couple bigger buildings…bigger than anything Eprise has 😛
Thomo playing with Layla at the children’s museum
Can you guess which one of my “kids” sat at this table for-e-ver building things?
Finally figured out how to lift his head!
We never got a real thunder storm…just thunder in the distance followed by this
We had a swim/play day with some cousins and the kids. It was great. AND we had Eegees for lunch
We went to Callie’s for dinner. T and the bird hit it off…when he wasn’t threatening me. The bird that is.
Finally had to retire this onsie after this night. It’s like spandex.
Thomo’s sister and her family drove in from San Diego and we got to spend a whole day plus a breakfast the next morning with them! TF liked the toys they had where they were staying.
And Timmy loved his Tio Charlie’s deep voice and big smile.
I finally got Chae to take the boy and I got a sweet picture 🙂
Breakfast. Layla was showing off her new flower headband from T’s aunt and uncle. SO cute!
And the Tub hangin out with his auntie Sasha. She asked if she could hold him while we were there. Heck ya!
Layla asked if we could drive up the mountain
The foothills were good enough
And then we drove home. It was a long but totally fun trip 🙂
