The Longest Morning Ever.

This morning the kids and I all had to get physicals and then go to see about some screenings that would let us move to Korea with Thomo. We got to the clinic at 745am. My appt was at 8:05. I wasn’t taken back until 8:20. While we were waiting Timmy did some puzzles for about 2 minutes before deciding he needed to do sprints back and forth across the waiting area. It prolly would have been a long distance run if I wasn’t there to turn him around every time he got to the edge of the hall. I don’t feel so bad for skipping the gym now. I’ve had my workout for the day.

Annoyed with the under the sea puzzle. The pieces were odd shaped and harder to get back in than the wheels on the bus puzzle.

The good one. She did try to mix up the pieces though and one got stuck in a place it didn’t go and she freaked thinking she would be in BIG trouble.

Thankfully mama’s an amazon and was able to bust it loose.

Honestly I had big plans of documenting the whole trip to get 3 physicals, screenings, and shots done until I realized that I have 2 hands and they were busy catching the boy.

So once he was tired of puzzles I only got to snap a few when we were contained in the exam rooms.

If it had wheels Timmy was dragging it across the room. Chairs, blood pressure/temp stand, carts with drawers full of random doctor things…

Layla was too busy enjoying sticks n cheese to be of any help. And she haaaad to be on the big hippo table. Even when Timmy was getting looked at on it too 😐

VERY thankful to have the same nurses we always get and they were all over Timmy with love and helping to entertain him. One even gave them both a beanie baby to take home. Either they are just awesome and helpful or they saw that I was one lap around the building away from hiding under the desk pulling my hair out…

either way. It was nice 🙂

Anywho, turns out L’s appt was pointless because she just had a physical like 2 months ago (duh Megan.) and we are waiting on Timmy’s shots because it turns out HE has a double ear infection and red throat. 😐

Maybe that’s why he doesn’t sleep? I suck. Way to pay attention to your kid. I swear he wasn’t acting sick and every ‘symptom’ that might have been related was easily explained by 10 other things going on.

So now we go back again at some point for his shots and to take back all the paperwork that I had to fill out for our overseas screenings.

Also very thankful for the new Starbucks cart they put in the clinic. I decided I deserved that venti iced white chocolate mocha. I’m sure I burned those calories chasing Timmy for 2 hours so I’m pretending I just broke even.

And the plus side to Timmy’s constant movement is that he has been asleep for about 3 hrs.

See, it used to be someones photo blog but they never posted on it…then I checked Go Daddy one day and it said it was in holding because it wasn’t ever reactivated so I had to wait…THEN last night I checked again and it was available! I snagged it. Woo!
