Lots of small things in lots of boxes! Our stuff FINALLY came!
Finally.
It’s amazing how having a few little things can make you feel so much more at home.
Coffee cups and Scentsy.
And Layla’s sun catchers.
And my pictures.
I need my pictures.
Even if most are insanely outdated.
Just gives me a new goal…print newer pictures to use in the frames.
Ones that actually include Timmy. 😐
Also…
My precious.
Now I have a REAL excuse to get back to Happy Quilt!
Then there’s this. And another stack in the spare room.
We could have had the movers unpack and take it all but I wanted to do it.
I didnt want piles everywhere. I needed it to go my way.
We need another book shelf. Or I need a new sewing machine home.
Either way…there are 2ish boxes left of books to unpack. Bleh.
The kids have their toys too. So many toys. It didn’t seem like soo many in Alabama.
But they’re happy! And not bored. I’ll take a little toy clutter mess over bored out of their minds grumpy kids any day thankyouverymuch.
On another note…I’ve been watching Niki’s little girl while she’s been off learning how to be resilient in some 4 day Army class 😛
It’s been a ton of fun
She’s Timmy’s new BFF fo sho. And by today, Day 3, he’s actually being nice when it comes to toys. The first day they were HIS and he just got them and if she touched them it was ugly. Today he actually gave HER toys to play with withOUT me telling him to!
Awesome.
They take turns ‘Good girl‘ing Sadie
Also, speaking of dogs. Revo got a tooth pulled.
He was pretty miserable the first night. He’s doing good now with his anti-pain/anti-swelling/antibiotic cocktail.
He still has trouble eating though. He totally makes me cringe.
I remember getting my wisdom teeth out. Poor guy.
Tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day! Maybe I’ll do something fun.
And remember to take pictures.
And actually blog them.
We’ll see…
I love how you have decorated!! It does seem more homey!! That little girl is so cute big beautiful blue eyes!! Poor Revo!!
