I make this a lot. It is one of my favorite 100 calorie snacks.
I’m not totally sure if the carbs/sugar/sodium ratios are any good at all but it’s yummy and you get a little protein out of it.
Are you ready? Chocolate Cottage Cheese. For me it sounded disgusting when I first heard about it. The recipe I found uses 2+ packets of Stevia/Truvia which I think would be disgusting sweet. I only use one. Also, the original recipe had 1-2 tbsp natural PB in it so it was more PB/Choco combo and vanilla extract.
I get lazy and dont want that extra 1-200 cal in PB and I like to mix it up.
My favorite combo right now is chocolate orange. SO good.
In these pictures though I tried mint extract. It was good but I used too much mint.
Next time Im sure it will be awesome.
1/2 c Cottage Cheese
1ish Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 packet Stevia (or truvia or whatever you use)
1/2ish tsp flavored extract. Ive used vanilla which I think takes closer to half a tsp but the orange and mint only need a couple drops.
Measure it all into a bowl
Mix
Now here you can either eat it as is OR you can FREEZE it! My AL freezer took about 5 minutes but here seems to need a bit longer. Just dont leave it toooo long or it will be a rock. So stuff it into your crowded not organized freezer.

Does Orange extract really have NOTHING in it? Thats what My Fitness Pal is telling me. I dont believe it.
Either way…there you have it. YUM!
