On days ending in 3 and 8 our little town of Anjung-ri has it’s local market day. Lots of umbrella’s/tents lining the road selling produce, seafood, clothes, and other randoms. I feel like I’ve talked about this before? Anywho…I saw it set up today which made me realize that it has been 5 days since I went to the last market day and took pictures to post.
I’m a slacker.
So, 5 days ago I had a busy morning. I had to pay bills at our realtor’s office and I chose to do it on a market day 🙂 I strapped the boy to my back, exchanged our dollars to won, and walked over to pay bills. When we were done we headed up into the ville and checked out the market. I came prepared with my camera and Ergo carrier this time 🙂 Pushing the stroller through last time pretty much sucked.
I made an effort to actually price check produce while at the commy the other day so I could compare. Of course I forgot most of it but it did seem like the market stuff cost more. I still bought the things I forgot to get at the commy though.
I think eggs might be cheaper.
Gross.
I found a store with shirts that I loved. If only this one was my size… They were so cheap too!
Does that say Friends for president? Happy Couple? Iggy is God?
Watermelon here is insane! So expensive! I did see some for 7,000w and heard they get down to 5,000w. Nuts!
Arizona! Woo!
And that’s it. There was much more but I must have messed up my camera and it wasn’t reading the card. I was hot, Timmy was sweating/peeing on my back totally asleep, and I was over it and ready to get home.
I’ll get back again and take more pictures.
Tomorrow is Layla’s last day of school! And it’s a half day! Yay!
OHHHHHH I love the owl!!! Send it to me!!!! 🙂
