I like to write in my blogs…even if whatever I say is short and random. I like it.
Yesterday there were lots of birds in my back yard. New ones too! Like this Dark Eyed Junco…is that right? I like how the grass is in focus but not him. Wiggly little booger. 
And THIS made me soooo happy! 
A blue bird checkin out the box I hung! Eeee! MOVE IN MOVE IN!
And then minutes later I see this. 
Stupid brown bird. I was reading some blue bird website and it talked about how sparrows kill blue bird babies and build their nests on top of them or throw the eggs out of the boxes and the best thing to do if you get them in your boxes is to snap their necks and destroy the eggs. I can NOT do that. No matter how much I dont like the bird.
Have I mentioned I love blue birds?

Yesterday was also trash day which means it was leaf pick up day. We had a BIG pile. So did the neighbors. Poor leaf guys.
I took these pictures on our way out to the Walmarts. This was AFTER our Walmart trip when we got back home. They were still there…
You and these blasted birds. I remember a certain somebody used to have a certain somebody’s two year old daughter chase them off at the beach….hmmmmm????
All of those leaves make me glad for my Charlie Brown trees!!!
