Mornin’ y’all! Just jumping on here really fast to share a smoothie recipe with you. Not every smoothie I make tastes good so when I do come up with a winner I try to write it down or at least remember what I put in it so I can hopefully make it again. Today has to be a grocery day. We are out of pretty much all the go to easy stuff which meant I was grumpy and needing breakfast. No cereal, not enough oatmeal left, no more eggs or bread. UGH. I decided to try out an oatmeal smoothie to use the last bit of oats I had. It turned out super tasty and filling.
Here’s what I did…
1/3ish cup quick oats.
1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)
1ish packed cup chopped kale
1/2 banana
1.5ish tbsp chocolate PB2
1 cup 2% milk.
Blend! It JUST fit in my 16oz cup. Perfect.
