I flew into Tucson on Monday night. It was a long travel day but everything went pretty smooth. I started in Montgomery. That’s a SMALL airport but its really nice. I liked this little touch. You know you’re in the south when the airport waiting area has rocking chairs!
The whole trip went pretty smooth. Except I forgot pajamas. We swung by Walmart and I got some super soft clearance snowflake pj pants. Today the rents and I hit up Sam’s club and then after lunch I was off with Callie doing some pre wedding things. We had some shopping to do first because they’re leaving for California the next day and she needed a sweater. Or WANTED a sweater. Whatever. After walking around the mall we decided to hit up Savers. For those that don’t know Savers is the BEST thrift store ever. We shopped there a lot growing up. Anyway, looking for a sweater…we found some good things and some NOT so good things. Like this nice rodeo-ish cowgirl jacket.
And then we found THIS. Snow suit? Space suit? ????
I did get a watch for $4 and a coloring calendar for Layla for only 99 cents 🙂
Also while driving around we passed a Troy University. 
It was almost like being home 🙂 Did I just call Alabama “home”? I did. And I miss it… 😐
OK, tomorrow’s wedding day. I fit in my dress, everything is hopefully ready on their end. It’s going to be a long busy fun day! I’ll be home Friday everyone 😀

I was in the Montgomery airport just a couple weeks ago. It is so tiny!! And I feel ya with the Troy University stuff. 🙂 That’s my alma mater… never thought I’d think of it as home!
