First Day Of School

Yesterday was Layla’s first day of school. Just preschool but we are excited about this one. 5 days a week! She had a fun time posing for me before we left the house.

Like the shoes? She calls them her Hannah Montana shoes. That’s what I had to call them to get her interested enough in them to put them on and buy them. Now she LOVES her Old Navy “Hannah Montana” shoes 😛

And a quick snap of her in her backpack on the way to the car. She was in pink overload : This is when she stopped to yell about the tornado of gnats.

Of course I had to get one of her and her BFF, Elizabeth, after school. It was bright and Layla was not happy about the sun in her eyes.

And finally, the little guy…or gal…that has made a home in one of the rose bushes. I love the zig zags 😀
