Timothy Frederick Wade was born on Feb 10, 2010 at 10:46pm. 5lb 8oz, 17.75 in. long! Just like everything he’s done for the past month NOTHING was easy or by “plan”…when I have the time and energy I will write it all down. It’s not a birth story I am going to forget any time soon lol He was rotten all the way to the end! Now he is in the NICU hopefully getting ready to move to the next step down nursery today. He is awesome. He has been breathing on his own and wanted nothing to do with the little nose prongs they put in his nose to help him out. Today they are going to start feeding him instead of just pumping fats/nutrients through his IV line. Last night he was sucking the heck out of the tube they have in his mouth and his hands and getting pretty grumpy. That kid wants to EAT.
Anyway, he’s doing awesome and I will post some updates on him when I know more of what is going to happen next. Hopefully he will only be here for 5 or 6 more days.

He looks SO much like Layla. Who looks so much like Thomas 😛 I can’t wait to have him healthy and home with us 🙂
