Layla and Sadie are best friends. Sadie’s favorite part of the day is when it is time to curl up in bed with Layla to read bedtime stories. The two of them can spend hours with each other in the dining room playing.
They were over there playing today making a lot of noise and there was a lot of giggling coming out of Layla so I thought I’d take my camera and some fruit snacks over to see what was up.
She had a leash on Sadie was walking her around the house. Then she opened the back door and let her run out as long as it would go to pee before pulling her back in.
When it came time for snack though Sadie needed no pulling to stay close to Layla
Me: “Hey, Layla…give Sadie a kiss!” , Layla: “NO way. I don’t want to touch her poop mouth”
I agree with Layla.
It’s a good thing Sadie didn’t get any fruit snacks…she needs to be put on a diet. Actually she is already eating diet dog food. I guess no real exercise makes that food pointless.
Of course Layla can’t be serious if I have the camera pointed in her direction
“Mommy take a picture of THIS!”
