First I just want to say we have some of the best friends! Stephanie’s mom in WA who has never met us sent Layla a package yesterday. A box of snow powder! Holy cow was she excited to get something to her and then to have it be SNOW! And it was even better that it was Cody’s gramma that sent it 🙂
I told her we would make it today instead of last night so she decided she needed to sleep with the box of snow.
We also had to make some cookies this morning but NOT until after we made the snow. It is pretty fun. We opened the box and took out the snow powder, measuring spoon, and cup.
Then we measured out scoops out. One scoop is all it takes!
Then just add water…
Now watch as the snow erupts!
It’s way cool. She played in it for a while…
Then she had to ‘decorate’ with it…
*sprinkle sprinkle*
And of course while she is playing in it she is screaming “WE WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW ‘EAR’!” 🙂

We still haven’t gotten Cody’s snow from my mom. I can’t wait to get ours. 🙂 Looks like she had a blast.
