I miss you all

Whoever you all are. Sometimes I feel like only my mom keeps up with this lol Anywho, I’m back on my old laptop. Have I mentioned that? It runs. Yay! It does NOT, however, have Photoshop and I think it might die if I tried to load it.

So, yeah. No fun editing means I’m completely unmotivated to take pictures. You need to just follow me on Instagram (girlmeetscamera) if you want to know what is going on in my life these days because I am sucking majorly at this.

But I don’t want to suck. I was thinking about my next Year in Photos post and kinda freaked when I thought about how most of them are going to be from my phone…that’s really lame.

But geeze this computer makes me crazy. The ‘click’ button doesn’t work unless you mash it hard. Same goes for half the letters. I need to find that wireless mouse I bought in Korea and never used. It’s probably still in a box somewhere.

So maybe I just stop caring about having nice pictures and having to go back 20 times per sentence to make sure all the letters I typed actually come through. I feel like a lot is going on and I need to make sure I document it.

Here’s a little bit of what’s been up –

SCHOOL’S OUT! It’s summer! L is awesome and got a bunch of awards. And she tried out and made the school choir group. Im so proud of my girl who, like her mom, is super freaked about doing things in front of people.

We made a Not Bummer Summer 2014 list and have already checked off a few things.

Layla AND Timmy are diving board jumping beasts and are swimming great compared to where they were at just a few weeks ago. (Diving board jump was on our summer list)

We have a new pet turtle named Lucille and I’m very much obsessing over her. You will know that if you follow on Instagram. Sorry.

We are moving in 2 months! Back into OUR HOUSE. I feel like Alabama isn’t really Alabama unless we are there. Lots of little pieces of ‘home’ have come together but that will be the last piece. I am all about summer and don’t want it to end at ALL but at least I have that to look forward to. Not that actually moving will be fun.

I think that pretty much covered the big things.

Now, I guess I’ll go blow the dust off of my camera because I miss it.
